The first  floor, on street level, has an apartment with french windows and patio plus the main entrance hallway and grand stair case. The next floor has a parlor, dining room and kitchen. The third floor includes library and master bedroom with connecting galley kitchen. The fourth floor bedroom has en ensuite bathroom with deep porcelain tub and walk-in shower. The top floor has two bedrooms and bathroom with a skylight shower. Topping it off is the roof deck which has a view of the neighboring clock tower.
