This five story Victorian town house with basement and roof deck provides an ideal location for film makers and photographers. The house includes a grand entry hall and staircase leading up to the wide landing which separates a formal living room and dining room.
The main entrance has staircase with blue carpeting, a fireplace and black and white squared flooring. The house has the original plaster moldings adorning the ceilings, original crown molding throughout and
mahogany inlay trim hardwood floors.
Off the dining room is a kitchen with a back staircase that services the entire home. It can serve as easy access for crew members to go between floors when filming is taking place on the main staircase.
